2. Refund Conditions

Because GLYPHAI utilizes high-cost neural processing resources, refunds are only granted if the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• You have executed fewer than 15 AI operations (e.g., text generations, SEO rewrites, translations) across your account.

If you have extensively utilized the system resources beyond this limit, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us directly at little4840@gmail.com using the email address associated with your GLYPHAI account. Please include your Stripe receipt number.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end but may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
