By accessing and using GLYPHAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Founding Member License

The "Founding Member" lifetime deal grants you access to GLYPHAI's core tools for the lifetime of the product. This license is tied to a single Google account and is non-transferable. GLYPHAI reserves the right to terminate accounts that share access credentials with unauthorized users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the neural engine to generate illegal, harmful, or highly abusive content. GLYPHAI employs automated filters to prevent the generation of malicious code or restricted materials.

4. Service Availability

While we limit our infrastructure to 500 IPs to ensure maximum speed and zero bottlenecks, GLYPHAI does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen server upgrades.
